bridal shower invitations
a card sent out to the friends and family of the bride inviting them to celebrate the up and coming wedding. Normally includes the the theme, date and time.

a card generally sent two weeks before the wedding, to the bridal party, to announce all wedding rehearsal plans.
program
also called "order of service", an itinerary of the events of the ceremony. Includes hymns, prayers, schedules and a list of contributors.
menu
a card used for dinner receptions to list what is going to be served, usually one per table, on occasion one per guest.
place cards
a name card for each guest, informing them where they are sitting at the reception.
Some Ideas Are:
arranged seats: a tray of place cards with the guests' names printed on them, found at the entrance of the reception room. the guests find their place card and locate the table that they are assigned to.
arranged tables: a map of the tables is placed at the entrance of the reception room. the guests locate their table, then find their place card at the table for their assigned seat.
table cards
a table card is placed at the table to assign the table either a number, name or theme.
